Take note, that the FSSAI License will continue in effect until the renewal application is approved. This extension in validity however will not extend more than 30 days from the date of license expiry.

• All food production units with a daily capacity of not less than 100 kg/litre, including re-packers, up to 2 tonnes.
• All small or medium-sized food companies with either a single or several branches in Jharkhand can obtain state FSSAI license registration.
